The company is owned by Jim Gerencser and Luis Caram. Jim brings years of entrepreneurship to the table across the auto, insurance, labor and cannabis industries. The first automotive focused company was started in 1982 and made over $12million in sales within the last year. Jim has also invested in over 15 different cannabis companies through his efforts to fight cancer and he started a nonprofit called ERIC (Early Recognition Is Critical) to help reach out to people who think they might have cancer. Lastly, Jim owns the ultimate frisbee team the Dallas Roughnecks, and has been leading them into new avenues of technology with the Legacy Technology created Official Dallas Roughnecks App.
Luis Caram is a brilliant software designer with experience in large App development across iOS and Android platforms. He also brings to the table experience with database creation and hardware configuration to optimize the performance of applications and software. Leading a team of developers, Luis can create and implement rapid changes to customer software to keep ahead of emerging news, regulations and industry changes.
